Are you looking to experience more happiness in your life? Using the Arthur C Brooks' book, Build the Life You Want, we will explore how to add more happiness to your life. This Action Team will review material on emotional self-management and the four pillars of happiness: family, friendship, work, and faith and have group discussions as we take our happiness journey together. Meets weekly starting on 9/11.
