Your mind isn’t separate from your faith, it’s where transformation begins. In Romans 12:2, we’re called to be “transformed by the renewing of your mind.” Over four weeks, we’ll explore what that looks like in everyday life, focusing on the foundations of mental and emotional health with God at the center. Through practical tools, honest conversation, and Scripture-based reflection, you’ll learn healthier ways to think, feel, act, and connect—gaining real strategies you can apply each week. This isn’t therapy, and it isn’t a lecture. It’s a community of people doing the honest, courageous work of caring for the minds and hearts God has given them. Join LCSW L. A.
