For financial advice, we most naturally turn to investment reps or accountants. We follow conventional wisdom about financial best practices, and we spend our money in ways that maximize our comfort and security. As a result, consumer debt is at an all-time high, and the average American is living paycheck to paycheck. As bad as things may be economically, what would happen if I trusted the Bible’s advice around money? Would I end up broke and even more miserable?
