The Recipe for No Regrets

At the end of our lives, we all would like to be able to look back with no regrets. None of us want to grow old feeling bitter, hopeless, or overwhelmed. We all crave to be fully known, but it’s so hard to find and maintain truly deep, intimate relationships. It’s hard to risk vulnerability, and without vulnerability, how can we ever be fully known?

No Abandonment - Easter 2025

Apr 20, 2025

The world is constantly changing. It might feel like we can keep up with it for now, but eventually we all slow down, and we’ll increasingly feel left behind. What are we supposed to do when technology and society start to pass us by? When friends and family forget about us?
